What actually happens during the free review?

I’ll jump on a quick call with you to go through your current setup — how your properties are owned, how your tax is handled, and where you might be losing money without realising. You’ll leave with clear, honest advice — whether or not you decide to work with me.

I already have an accountant — can I still speak to you?

Absolutely. A lot of landlords I speak to already have an accountant but feel unsure if they’re getting the right advice. There’s no harm in a second opinion — you might find your setup is spot on, or you might find a few easy wins you didn’t know about.

Do you only work with landlords who have limited companies?

Not at all. I work with landlords who own personally, jointly, through LLPs, or in a company. I’ll help you figure out what structure makes the most sense for your goals — not just for tax, but for flexibility, lending, and long-term planning.

Can you help if I live outside the UK?

Yes — I work with quite a few non-resident and Non-Dom clients who own UK property. The rules can get tricky, but I’ll guide you through what you need to know and how to avoid double taxation or unexpected liabilities.

I only have one rental — is this still for me?

Definitely. Some of the biggest wins come from small tweaks early on. Whether you’ve got one flat or a portfolio, the goal is the same: keep more of your income, avoid mistakes, and plan ahead.
